Mies for Revit 2026

Mies adds a chat panel to Revit 2026. Type what you want in plain English, or turn a vector floor-plan PDF into walls, doors and windows.

Requirements

• Windows and Revit 2026.
• An internet connection. Mies checks your key and talks to the AI online.
• Your license key.
• The .NET 8 Desktop Runtime, only for PDF import. The installer tells you if it is missing.
• No administrator rights needed.

Install in three steps

1. Run the installer. If Windows says "Windows protected your PC", click More info, then Run anyway.
2. Start Revit and click Always Load when it asks about the signed add-in from VP Architect.
3. Paste your license key into the Mies panel and click Activate.

Mies is in beta, so expect rough edges. To get a key, reply to the invitation email. Vadim sends one key per tester.
